Located in Billings, Montana, the Thirteenth District Court is a court of general jurisdiction. It processes felony criminal cases, probate cases, family law cases, and a variety of civil cases. Thirteenth District Court also has appellate jurisdiction over many cases arising in Yellowstone County Justice Court, Billings Municipal Court, and Laurel City Court.
